Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team to ensure effective and efficient logistics processes.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing processes.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Khmer is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven strategies.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
