We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Shop Assistants to join our Wines & Spirits retail team. As a key member of our store, you will help customers find the perfect products and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting wines and spirits, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and organized.
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Interest in wines and spirits, with a willingness to learn more about the products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
