About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our client's team in Phnom Penh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a high-end condominium development, connecting clients with luxurious and modern living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for condominium sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer; additional languages are a plus.
