About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our client's team in Phnom Penh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a high-end condominium development, connecting clients with luxurious and modern living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients for condominium sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer; additional languages are a plus.
