About the Role:
Take charge of creating an unparalleled dining experience at one of Cambodias most luxurious hotels as the Gastronomy & Beverage Experience Manager. One HR Hubs client seeks an innovative and detail-oriented professional to oversee and elevate all aspects of the hotels food and beverage operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about culinary arts and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the gastronomy and beverage department, ensuring top-tier service across all outlets.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus that align with the hotels brand and exceed guest expectations.
- Lead, inspire, and train the F&B team to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Ensure the department complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a pristine environment.
- Partner with marketing and events teams to promote the hotels gastronomy and beverage offerings, creating memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage trends, with expertise in international cuisine and wine.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer is a plus.
