Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having opportunities for in-person collaboration with our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including virtual networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their hiring needs and objectives.
  • Present our suite of recruitment services and solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the recruitment or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian job market.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $350 - $500 per month, based on experience and qualifications (with commissions).
