Drive the commercial success of one of Cambodias most luxurious hotels as the Director of Sales. One HR Hubs client is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead the hotels sales initiatives, maximize revenue, and expand market presence. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all segments, including corporate, leisure, and group business.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the hotels market position.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and campaigns that align with the hotels brand and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the property and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury hotel market in Cambodia and the surrounding region.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.
