Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach and exceed sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to adjust strategies and enhance sales performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership and team management skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Khmer is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
