Architect Supervisor

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect Supervisor to oversee architectural design and construction, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Oversee and manage all architectural aspects of the construction projects, ensuring that designs are implemented correctly and according to specifications.
- Design Review: Collaborate with architects and designers to review and refine architectural plans, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.
- Site Coordination: Work closely with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and smooth execution of architectural designs on-site.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all architectural elements are built to the highest quality standards and comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving: Address design-related issues on-site, providing quick, effective solutions while maintaining the integrity of the design.
- Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of architectural works and ensure that deadlines are met within the allocated budget.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, site records, and updates on project progress, highlighting any variations or deviations from the original plan.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates and ensure that their architectural vision is realized.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural supervision, preferably in property development or construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), and familiarity with construction processes and building codes.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: Professional architectural licenses or certifications are a plus.
