About the Company:
Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider in Cambodia, specializing in mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, power, and security systems, while managing distribution for global brands. We are seeking a talented Senior Design Engineer to lead design efforts and ensure technical excellence across our client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of engineering systems, including mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, power, and security systems.
• Create detailed designs, blueprints, and technical drawings for various projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Review and validate design work completed by junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site engineering support as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, project documentation, and proposals.
• Stay current with advancements in engineering design technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, with a focus on systems such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or security.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Strong communication skills in English and Khmer (preferred).
