Our client, a leading and trusted food distributor in Cambodia, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales in key regions.

What Youll Do:

• Manage regional sales operations to meet and exceed targets.
• Supervise and coach sales teams for optimal performance.
• Build relationships with distributors and clients in the region.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Deliver regular performance reports to senior management.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.
• 3-5 years of regional sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Khmer.
