You will play a vital role in driving the teams success by providing guidance, training, and support, while also monitoring sales performance and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure alignment with company sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team members' skills and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Manage key client relationships and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and report progress to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the food & beverage distribution or related industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
