Position Title: Assistant to the General Manager

Join the leadership team at one of Cambodias most luxurious hotels as the Assistant to the General Manager. One HR Hubs client is seeking a highly organized and bilingual professional to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Chinese, with a strong background in administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
- Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Prepare, edit, and translate correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in both English and Chinese.
- Assist in organizing and managing executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Support the General Manager in special projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the hotels strategic objectives.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, maintaining records, and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
