Automotive Parts Sales Representatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell automotive parts, including lubricants, car tires, and batteries, to retail and wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and maintenance is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in Khmer; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel as needed.
