Automotive Parts Sales Representatives 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell automotive parts, including lubricants, car tires, and batteries, to retail and wholesale customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and maintenance is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be fluent in Khmer; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel as needed.
