Job Overview:
Are you passionate about real estate and driven by the opportunity to help clients find their perfect property? Our client, a leader in the real estate sector, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Property Sales and Leasing Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Sales: Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to determine property values, develop marketing strategies, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Leasing Management: Manage the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and lease renewals. Ensure all leasing agreements comply with legal standards and company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the property transaction process. Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants. Highlight the unique features of each property and answer any questions clients may have.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments in the real estate industry. Provide clients with up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documents related to property transactions, including sales agreements, lease contracts, and property listings. Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Networking: Develop a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals. Attend industry events and networking functions to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing. A proven track record of successful property transactions is required.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience in selling and leasing high-value properties is an advantage.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on providing top-tier customer service. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Cambodian real estate market, including current trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred.
