Job Description:
As a Condominium Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential condominium, ensuring top-notch service and effective property management. You will work closely with tenants, staff, and management, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and operations run smoothly. Experience in managing condominiums or hotels is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the condominium.
• Manage a team of staff, including maintenance, security, and cleaning personnel.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and handle all inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure the condominium adheres to safety regulations and policies.
• Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and report financials to senior management.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in condominium or hotel management.
• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of property management software is an advantage.
