Position Title: Personal Assistant to the General Manager

Step into a pivotal role at one of Cambodias most luxurious hotels as the Personal Assistant to the General Manager. One HR Hubs client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive female professional to provide dedicated support to the General Manager. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and contributing to the hotels overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing and managing executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Support the General Manager in special projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the hotels strategic goals.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including managing office supplies, records, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidate with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Khmer is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
