Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in English for academic purposes.
• Review and update course specifications to keep pace with industry standards.
• Enhance and revise course materials, including lecture slides, notes, class activities, and assessments.
• Prepare and evaluate student assessments such as quizzes, assignments, and exams.
• Provide office hours for student consultations.
• Conduct and publish academic research.

Additional Duties:

• Participate in university events.
• Attend faculty meetings and professional development workshops.
• Aim to produce at least one research paper annually.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Native English speaker.
• Professional certifications such as TEFL or CELTA.
• Minimum of three years of experience teaching English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to diverse working environments.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various cultural backgrounds.
