Job Description: Our client in construction and trading is looking for a highly motivated Business Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing resources, and ensuring the companys profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business activities
• Develop and execute business plans and strategies
• Analyze financial data and manage budgets
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a business management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in business planning and financial management
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
