Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive room bookings, event sales, and overall revenue.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the hotels market presence.
  • Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring they align with the hotels brand and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Khmer is a plus.
