Elevate the wellness experience at one of Cambodias premier luxury hotels as the Director of Wellness & Spa Operations. One HR Hubs client is seeking a visionary leader to oversee and innovate the hotels spa and wellness offerings, creating an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation for guests. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for wellness and a proven track record in managing luxury spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the spa and wellness department, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and treatments that align with the hotels brand and guest expectations.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of spa and wellness staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability within the department.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the spa and wellness offerings, driving awareness and bookings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness, or a related field; certifications in spa management or wellness are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing luxury spa or wellness operations, with a strong background in customer service.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and the latest industry trends.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Khmer is advantageous.
