About the Company:
Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider in Cambodia, specializing in mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, power, and security systems, while managing distribution for international brands. We are seeking a dedicated IT Officer to join our client dynamic team and support their growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems, software, and security measures.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Manage IT inventory and liaise with vendors for equipment and service support.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Familiarity with security management and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Khmer (preferred).
