The Area Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team across the region, ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded. In this position, you will develop and implement regional sales strategies, provide leadership to the sales team, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a passion for team leadership and strategic sales management.
- Territory Coverage: Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Siem Reap
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across the assigned region.
- Develop regional sales strategies and ensure targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance performance.
- Monitor sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on the F&B sector.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
