About the Company:
Our Client is a leading engineering solutions provider in Cambodia, specializing in mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, power, and security systems, while managing distribution for global brands. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our client business growth and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and technical solutions sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Present and promote company products and services, focusing on customized engineering solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential client needs.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Track and report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the engineering or technical industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or security) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer (preferred).
