About the Company:
Our client a leading engineering solutions provider in Cambodia, specializing in mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, power, and security systems, while managing distribution for global brands. We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our client team and drive sales growth through technical expertise and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the engineering solutions sector.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients, focusing on technical specifications and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical presentations to customers and answer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Track and manage sales activities, prepare sales reports, and meet sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technical field.
- Strong understanding of engineering systems (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, power, or security).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer (preferred).
- Valid drivers license is an advantage.
