We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant Supervisor to lead their accounting team and ensure financial accuracy and compliance within their dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger for the food and beverage division.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing training and support to junior accountants.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve reporting systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare reports and provide analysis for management on key financial metrics.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
