One HR Hubs client is looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to provide top-tier administrative support to the executive leadership, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of the executive office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and manage executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events, ensuring alignment with the hotels strategic objectives.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing records, and maintaining office systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sector.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Khmer is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
