We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our client's sports and broadcasting division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the sports and broadcasting industries, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the sports and broadcasting division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports and broadcasting industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the sports and/or broadcasting industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer is a plus.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports and broadcasting industries.
