We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our client's sports and broadcasting division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the sports and broadcasting industries, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the sports and broadcasting division.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports and broadcasting industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, sponsors, and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the sports and/or broadcasting industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer is a plus.
  • Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports and broadcasting industries.
