About the Position:
Our distinguished client is presently in search of a committed and meticulous Personal Assistant/Office Manager to augment their Phnom Penh-based staff. This critical position requires an individual who is proactive in nature and will oversee office operations while offering senior management comprehensive support to ensure the seamless operation of their business pursuits.
Principal Duties: - Offer direct administrative and clerical assistance to the executive.
Supervise the organization of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide support in organizing, carrying out, and overseeing project management and development activities.
Implement strategies for marketing, public relations, and media communication.
Prudently manage sensitive documents and communications that require confidentiality.
Assist in the collective endeavors of the team by completing pertinent tasks as assigned.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is a prerequisite.
An exceptional proficiency in both the English and Khmer languages.
Possess exceptional organizational abilities and am adept at multitasking.
Proficient in media communications, marketing, public relations, and project management.
While prior experience in administrative positions is preferable, applications from motivated recent graduates are also welcomed.
