Pay Range: ~$20/hr (+ 10% shift differential)

About the Opportunity

A respected manufacturing operation in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Utility Worker to support overnight production operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

This position plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly during 3rd shift.

What You'll Do

Support production teams with material handling and shop assistance
Move parts, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility
Assist with basic machine operation, cleaning, and prep work
Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
Follow safety procedures and support production flow

What You'll Need

Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Strong attendance and reliability (critical role)
Willingness to learn and assist where needed
Comfort working overnight shift
