Location: Mt. Healthy, OH (Cincinnati Area)
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $20/hr – $23/hr (+ 10% shift differential for 3rd shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | OT Available

What You'll Do

Prepare parts for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
Cure parts according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished parts for coverage, consistency, and defects
Maintain spray equipment and keep booth areas clean
Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

What You'll Need

Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable attendance and flexibility for OT
Ability to stand, move, and handle parts throughout the shift
