About the Opportunity

A fast-paced, high-volume logistics operation supporting a global chemical manufacturing facility is urgently hiring 2 reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators for their 1st shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term logistics partner in a mission-critical environment where your attendance, attention to detail, and equipment safety really matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down propane forklifts to move raw materials, packaged product, and finished goods throughout the warehouse
• Load/unload trailers with precision and care, maintaining product quality standards
• Complete daily forklift safety checklists and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all plant safety procedures, including PPE and proximity rules (Halo Rule: 3 feet from stationary, 6 feet from moving machinery)
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and quality teams to ensure accurate documentation and inventory movement

Schedule & Structure

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift: 1st Shift (08:00-17:00) – Full-time, with OT as needed
• Start Date: Monday (02/02/2026)

What Youll Need

• At least 6 months of recent forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
• Steel-toe boots required
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and productivity—no tolerance for excessive absences or unsafe behaviors
• No prior DUI (for clamp operator consideration)
• Background Check: 7 years
• Drug Test: 5-panel oral swab

Note: You must be able to pass a forklift certification administered on-site.
