Pay Range: $22/hr – $25/hr

About the Opportunity

A well-established metal fabrication manufacturer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a skilled Assembler to support production operations and serve as a key backup to the Lead Assembler. This role has been open due to the need for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who can read prints, work independently, and maintain high quality standards. What You'll Do

Assemble fabricated metal components according to prints and work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and assembly drawings
Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies
Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
Support the Lead Assembler and step in as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You'll Need

Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and understand prints and drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift, move, and position components as required
