Interim Director of Education - Los Angeles area

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Education to support a busy community hospital in Los Angeles, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically skilled nurse education/professional development leader who is passionate about frontline staff development, fostering clinical excellence, and advancing quality patient care in high-acuity settings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator or Clinical Specialist and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with staff, facilitate adult learning, and lead change in a clinical environment.
• Proficient in current nursing practices, patient safety protocols, EMR systems, and interprofessional communication.
• Available to begin within 2-4 weeks and be on-site in Southern California throughout the interim assignment.
