About Us
Omunix International specializes in talent acquisition and placement. We're seeking a detail-oriented Secretarial Personal Assistant to support a boutique tax consulting firm with offices in Florida and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities
Secretarial PA Duties
Anticipate the executives needs and manage priorities proactively.
Maintain executive schedules, organize meetings, and ensure timely communication.
Draft, edit, and respond to emails, memos, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents to high standards.
Maintain efficient filing systems, track deadlines, and handle confidential information.
Bookkeeping Duties
Manage invoices, process payments, and track expenses using QuickBooks.
Reconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reports.
Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain compliance
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Certifications (optional):
Certification in bookkeeping or related financial management courses can be a plus.
What Were Looking For
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with significant bookkeeping exposure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Ability to utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting communications and automating tasks.
