Description

The intern, as part of the HR & Admin core team, will undertake HR / Admin tasks and projects related but not limited to: recruitment, on-boarding, staff engagement and office administration.

Internship learning outcomes:

  • Hands-on training on full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Experience in event management and employee engagement.
  • Understanding of HR policies, processes and rationale.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment: Job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer and acceptance and on-boarding.
  • Participation in career fairs.
  • Organisation of Company engagement events and activities.
  • Work pass management: Application and renewal of work passes.
  • Management of staff benefits such as insurance and healthcare reimbursement.
  • Rollout and coordination of development programmes.
  • Management of HRIS.
  • Review HR processes and handbook.
  • Adhoc office administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or possesses HR professional certification with relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Possesses good interpersonal, communication, organisational and planning skills.
  • Independent and takes initiative.
  • Love being in a team to coordinate with internal stakeholders for the end-to-end process such as communications for campaign publicity and handling logistics.
