Were looking for a Digital Commerce & Brand Performance Manager to join our team — someone who understands the full commerce ecosystem: from listings and media to marketplaces and creative execution. You'll act as a digital brand operator, responsible for ensuring digital stores are optimized, campaigns are launched, and growth goals are achieved. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role that blends project management, eCommerce operations, media coordination, and digital merchandising. Youll own the execution of initiatives that grow GMV across digital storefronts like Amazon, Walmart, Lazada, Shopee, or DTC sites. Youll collaborate closely with media, creative, content, and strategy teams — ensuring that every initiative is properly scoped, launched, and optimized. Youll also experiment with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, but with clear business impact as the focus. Were looking for someone who combines operational discipline, digital commerce fluency, and strategic thinking to help our brands win on the digital shelf.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

  • Own day-to-day performance and optimization of digital storefronts (Amazon, Walmart, DTC, etc.), ensuring product listings, creative, and promotions are aligned and converting.

  • Drive GMV growth through continuous improvement of PDPs, SEO, content quality, pricing, and customer journey enhancements.

  • Track and report on digital performance metrics: CVR, AOV, ROAS, TACoS, cart abandonment, customer retention, and more.

  • Manage retail media campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Shopee Ads), partnering with internal media teams to optimize spend and performance.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, content updates, merchandising changes, and platform improvements on time and in full.

  • Lead keyword research, SEO updates, and listing optimization for organic and paid growth across marketplaces and digital storefronts.

  • Brief and manage creative production for product imagery, A+ content, video, and other performance-driven creative needs.

  • Apply AI tools where appropriate to accelerate product content creation, keyword research, and reporting tasks — while maintaining quality and brand standards.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand stakeholders, ensuring their goals are met and roadmaps are executed with excellence.

  • Identify performance gaps, propose solutions, and lead tactical execution to improve store conversion and product visibility.


DAILY DELIVERABLES

Digital Store Performance

  • Monitor, audit, and optimize digital storefronts and product listings across assigned brands.

  • Coordinate merchandising, content updates, and cross-sell or promotional strategies.

  • Identify and fix issues related to Buy Box suppression, OOS listings, or listing compliance.

GMV Growth & Reporting

  • Track and improve performance across CVR, AOV, traffic quality, and ROAS.

  • Build weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans to improve store performance.

Project Management & Brand Execution

  • Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns, launches, and content updates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep deliverables aligned with brand priorities.

  • Lead executional follow-through from campaign planning to post-launch audits.

Media & Content Integration

  • Support paid media strategy by ensuring landing pages and listings are optimized for traffic conversion. Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing paid search, DSP, and organic SEO campaigns.

  • Brief and QC creative assets for PDPs, A+ content, and retail media ads.

Innovation & Automation

  • Test and document emerging tools or AI plugins that enhance content creation, keyword research, or reporting.

  • Recommend automation improvements across commerce workflows to drive efficiency without sacrificing performance


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management

  • Experience managing product listings and storefronts on Amazon, Walmart, Lazada/Shopee, or Shopify

  • Familiarity with tools like Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Helium10, Feedonomics, or similar platforms

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and attention to detail

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, executional environment with multiple brand stakeholders

  • Curiosity and comfort exploring AI tools — but grounded in performance and business outcomes
