Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Owned and Earned Media teams by managing project workflows, timelines, and communication across cross-functional teams and clients. This role plays a critical operational function in ensuring projects move forward efficiently, deliverables are tracked accurately, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of each engagement.
The Project Manager will partner closely with internal team members, creative teams, and clients to coordinate timelines, manage scopes of work (SOWs), track budgets, and maintain clear documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working behind the scenes, and brings clarity and order to complex, multi-stream projects.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously, and confidence using project management tools such as Monday.com.
DAILY DELIVERABLES
Build, manage, and advance project timelines in Monday.com from kickoff through completion
Present proposed timelines to internal teams for alignment prior to project execution
Track action items, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple accounts
Proactively identify risks, delays, or missing inputs and escalate as needed
Track completion of SOW deliverables and support project closeouts
Prepare agendas and materials for weekly Pulse meetings and internal/external status calls
Create and distribute clear internal and client-facing meeting recaps with action items and ownership
Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and asset organization
Update and manage shared documents and client project trackers
Manage and track client project budgets in coordination with department leadership
Attend client calls, take detailed notes, and surface follow-ups and future agenda topics
Serve as a point of contact (POC) for client emails and ensure information is routed appropriately
Schedule internal and external meetings across teams and clients
Support budget tracking, reconciliations, and light estimating as needed
Assist with drafting, updating, and administratively tracking SOWs
Flag potential upsell or scope expansion opportunities to the Inside Sales lead
Help traffic work internally and ensure clear handoffs between teams
Serve as a central coordination point between creative, earned media, and owned media teams
Ensure clarity around deliverables, ownership, deadlines, and expectations
Support consistent, professional, and timely client communication
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field required
Proven experience in project management, account operations, or coordination roles within a marketing agency, digital agency, or professional services environment
Hands-on experience using Monday.com or comparable project management platforms to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing marketing or digital marketing projects, including managing timelines, scopes of work, and deliverables
Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including owned and earned media workflows, creative production cycles, and campaign execution
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing client-ready documentation, meeting recaps, and status updates
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy, analytics, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Professional, polished, and confident client-facing demeanor
Prior agency experience strongly preferred
Beauty or CPG category experience is a plus
