Omni Channel Solutions is looking for a data-driven and strategic eCommerce Marketing Strategist to join our high-performing team. This role is critical in developing and executing digital advertising strategies that directly contribute to client growth and ROI. As an eCommerce Marketing Strategist, you will serve as both a tactical campaign expert and a strategic advisor—translating business goals into measurable advertising performance across search and programmatic platforms.
This role places you at the heart of client partnerships. Youll collaborate with Account Managers and Executives, and directly interface with clients to execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives. Your daily mission: keep things on track, optimize for performance, and ensure every dollar spent drives measurable value. You bring sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for client success. You're comfortable presenting insights, managing budgets, interpreting performance data, and fine-tuning search ads and DSP campaigns. You thrive in conversations, turning complex data into digestible, actionable recommendations that help our clients grow.
DAILY TASKS
Manage end-to-end client communication across multiple channels including email correspondence, video conferencing, and scheduled performance review sessions.
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Amazon Search and DSP campaigns
Interpret advertising data and performance metrics, translating complex reports into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop strategic ad plans and manage campaign performance against budget.
Drive continuous optimization initiatives and recommend new strategies.
Monitor campaign pacing, budget utilization, and click credit allocations
Perform campaign creation, edits, automation checks, and QA processes.
Coordinate and schedule specialist team tasks and timelines.
Handle media planning, foundational data reports, and ad hoc performance reports.
Support Specialist teams by guiding task priorities and addressing performance blockers.
Encourage high morale and work-life balance; monitor workload and prevent burnout.
Promote wellness initiatives and adherence to company policies.
Elevate team concerns and cascade key company communications effectively.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising with direct client interaction.
Proven experience in Search and DSP platforms (Amazon Advertising preferred).
Analytical thinker with a strong command of key advertising metrics, including CTR, ROAS, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, and attribution modeling.
Skilled in strategic media ad planning with a solid foundation in data reporting and analysis.
Proficient in using advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Google Ads, DSP interfaces) and eCommerce tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and other analytics platforms and reporting tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to engage and advise clients
Proficient in budget forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
