Being an  Ad Hoc Associate Team Lead at Omni Channel means you will be responsible for delegating operational tasks to our Specialists in the team. In this role, you will be part of the Leadership team and apply your expertise in scheduling tasks to help our team execute on time, review, and draft feedback on Specialist tasks performed, and partner with the Service Team Lead to identify and track training opportunities. You will be required to maintain and develop successful relationships with clients and customers and to keep up with customer and skill-related training.

As a leader, you ensure that your subordinates work in a high-morale environment while also positively impacting productivity, that they engage in company activities, and encourage them to utilize their benefits and Company-wellness programs. You shall also monitor the teams day-to-day performance and make certain the working hours are utilized for optimal productivity to minimize overtime hours and promote work-life balance among others.

You are your teams voice. You will absorb feedback, actively listen to concerns, and communicate them to upper management for resolution. You will ensure that downward communication is effectively passed on to your staff for positive reinforcement. As a leader, you will ensure that your team members comply with company policies and procedures, and prioritize their health, safety, and welfare.

The Associate Team Lead will need to be well-versed in all client categories to be able to advise on the best course of action for any queries and questions the team may ask and will need to communicate effectively with multiple team members to accurately determine task priority. The Associate Team Lead will have a sense of urgency in completing tasks to deliver solutions our clients and team need; they will be a self-motivated individual and able to exercise independent judgement promptly.

The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively is integral to the success of the Associate Team Lead, alongside decision-making skills to support the Advertising team both in the Philippines and internationally.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

  • This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.

  • The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, use his/her hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time.

  • Frequently standing/sitting/walking up to 8 hours per day

  • Frequently using hands/arms up to 8 hours per day

  • Moderate noise level

  • Frequently viewing a computer monitor screen up to 8 hours per day

DAILY TASKS

  • Schedule Specialist tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide consistent support, guidance, and direction to team queries and questions.

  • Identify schedule-related problems and recommend corrective actions and solutions.

  • Track the progress of tasks and monitor the expected completion date.

  • Monitor and track the performance of Specialists and help determine if performance improvement plans

  • are needed.

  • Draft and review weekly feedback emails and present them to the Operations Lead for decision-making

  • Meet with the Leadership Team to determine tasks and priority order.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Senior Lead on the percentage of tasks completed/in progress/late.

  • Actively participate in Lead/Specialist meetings and recommend innovative solutions to problems.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the availability of the Specialist team (vacation requests, sick time, etc.)

  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on proposed process improvements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in communications, business administration or related field

  • At least 1-year experience in the Advertising field

  • Excellent grasp of Omni Channel methodologies

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple competing responsibilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Planning and scheduling experience preferred but not required
