The Media Buyer at Omni Channel Solutions is a results-driven paid media expert who personally launches, manages, optimizes, and scales campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. You are hands-on with both lead generation and product/offering sales campaigns, taking full ownership of performance outcomes rather than assisting or reporting. You understand that creative, audience, offer, and funnel all drive results, not just platform knowledge.
You bring proven experience working client-side or agency-side, managing multiple accounts across industries and funnels. You can diagnose performance drops, optimize campaigns, and scale budgets while keeping CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and scalability as the focus. You thrive in performance-driven environments, making independent data-backed decisions and knowing when to pause, kill, or scale campaigns.
You are client-ready, able to clearly communicate performance insights to non-technical stakeholders, provide honest feedback, and maintain accountability for results. Your creative and analytical skills combine to drive campaigns that consistently meet or exceed business objectives.
DAILY DELIVERABLES
Plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads with full ownership of performance outcomes
Build and manage structured campaign frameworks, including CBO vs ABO setups, testing methodologies, and creative-led scaling strategies
Execute and optimize campaigns for both lead generation (form fills, booked calls, Messenger/WhatsApp leads) and product or offer sales (e-commerce or digital products)
Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning creatives, audiences, and offers while managing budget allocation efficiently
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced metrics such as CPA, ROAS, lead quality, funnel conversion rates, and scalability indicators
Diagnose and resolve performance issues, including creative fatigue, audience saturation, offer mismatch, tracking issues, or funnel breakdowns
Collaborate with creative, funnel, and strategy teams to align ads with landing pages, conversion flows, and follow-up systems
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution awareness across platforms, particularly for Google Search and high-intent campaigns
Provide clear, actionable performance insights and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders, translating data into business impact
Manage multiple client or brand accounts simultaneously while maintaining performance quality, consistency, and accountability
Make independent, data-driven decisions on when to pause, kill, scale, or restructure campaigns
Contribute creative direction by suggesting angles, hooks, messaging, and testing concepts even without directly producing creatives
Maintain strong documentation, reporting clarity, and performance narratives that explain results, challenges, and next steps
Support fast-moving campaigns, high-pressure launches, and scaling initiatives with confidence and ownership
Assist with high-level ad-hoc projects and performance initiatives as required, including new account builds, audits, restructures, and scaling sprints
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Proven track record of personally launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns — not limited to reporting or assisting roles
Demonstrated success in both lead generation and product or offer sales campaigns
Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, from ad to landing page to conversion and follow-up
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads campaign structures, creative-led scaling, retargeting, and warm audience strategies
Solid experience with TikTok Ads, including creative formats, fast testing cycles, and scaling winning creatives
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, particularly Search campaigns, keyword intent (TOF vs BOF), and high-intent lead or sales setups
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance beyond basic metrics
Comfortable working in a results-driven, high-accountability environment with performance pressure
Strong and effective communicator capable of explaining performance clearly to non-technical clients and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple accounts, industries, offers, and funnels simultaneously
Agency or client-side experience managing multiple brands is required
Experience with high-ticket lead generation, international markets, or scaling beyond small test budgets is a strong advantage
Ability to suggest creative concepts, hooks, and angles is a strong advantage
Familiarity with fast-paced startups or performance-focused agencies is a plus
