Accounting Manager (manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
• Strengthen internal controls to ensure data accuracy and risk prevention
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Prepare financial reports and provide meaningful insights to management
• Drive process improvements and enhance accounting efficiency through digitalization and system optimization
• Support SAP implementation projects and related finance process improvements
• Collaborate with regional and international stakeholders to ensure proper accounting practices across operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in an international or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting processes
• Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good command of English communication
