Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts for both import and export shipments and act as the primary contact between customers and internal teams.
- Handle booking requests and coordinate air freight, hand carry, special services, event shipments, pickup, delivery, and storage.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with accurate, timely updates on flight details, service status, and operational issues.
- Prepare, review, and control import/export documents, including invoices, AWBs, shipment instructions, and customs supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Import/Export Operations, Warehouse, Security, Accounting, overseas offices, airlines, agents, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in FM3000 and Back Office systems.
- Support ATA Carnet, CITES, customs, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
- Verify service-provider invoices and billing documents, follow up on service issues, and support customer satisfaction and account retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Key Account, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Import/Export Operations, or logistics.
- Experience with high-value cargo, urgent shipments, or customs documentation is preferred.
- Good written and spoken Thai and English, with strong professional coordination skills.
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; FM3000 or Back Office experience is an advantage.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 – 18:30
