About the Company
Our client supports international banks across Southeast Asia, managing all layers of banking systems, including Infrastructure, Core Banking, and Digital Banking. With a team of over 200, they also provide IT services to European headquarters, focusing on projects using Java, COBOL, PHP, and DataStage, along with Production and DevOps.
Responsibilities
As a Project Management Officer, you will oversee the project portfolio for IT and core technology initiatives, providing accurate and prioritized views of projects. You will support project delivery through effective tracking and reporting, acting as a reference point for PMO queries and ensuring project quality. You will also manage specific projects, contribute to IT governance by developing documentation and supporting IT committees, supervise control plans, and follow up on audit recommendations. In collaboration with the finance team, you will assist in budget preparation and tracking, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree BSc. in Computer Science (mandatory)
- Good command of English (French is a plus)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to anticipate issues and solutions
- Team player with adaptability and open-mindedness
- Strong technical and business background
- Analytical and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to quality and thorough work.
- Banking knowledge is a plus.
- Initiative and creativity thinking.
