About the job Operations Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Planning and control of all aspects of operations are a productive and cost-effective way
- Organize corporate documents, schedule meetings, appointments, and minutes of meeting
- Implement budgeting report and Shareholders' Meeting
- Analyze data and information for Management decision-making
- Review point of contract matters concerning customer, Vendor, and Supplier
- Initiate and improve work process and cross-functional
- Other task assignments by the Managing Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Experience 7 - 10 years in business reports and related
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
