About the job Operations Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Planning and control of all aspects of operations are a productive and cost-effective way
  • Organize corporate documents, schedule meetings, appointments, and minutes of meeting
  • Implement budgeting report and Shareholders' Meeting
  • Analyze data and information for Management decision-making
  • Review point of contract matters concerning customer, Vendor, and Supplier
  • Initiate and improve work process and cross-functional
  • Other task assignments by the Managing Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience 7 - 10 years in business reports and related
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of  ISO 9001 standard
