Deputy Director (water management service) Thai/Japanese

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and marketing efforts for both domestic and international projects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
• Manage the engineering team responsible for water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Introduce proven technologies to support project execution.
• Provide technical support to the sales department and coordinate with customers as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with sales and engineering teams.
• Oversee the construction process at project sites.
• Monitor and ensure that engineering work aligns with customer requirements.
• Maintain a positive gross profit and operational profit.
• Negotiate pricing and service terms with customers to optimize profitability.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Implement customer retention programs and conduct regular visits.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across functions to meet company objectives.
• Implement and enhance international management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Conduct business analysis to support growth and development.
• Ensure timely delivery and provide post-sales support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial).
• 10-15 years of experience in engineering systems.
• Proven experience in technical sales or a related role.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Engineering license preferred.
• Fluent in Thai, English is mandatory
• Japanese fluency is a big plus
