Accounting and Finance Manager (manufacturing)

Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for optimizing accounting and financial operations and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements? We are currently assisting one of our clients, a leader in traveling luggage manufacturing industry, in their search for an Accounting and Finance Manager to lead their accounting and financial operations in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations for business units.
• Manage group reporting and financial statement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and BOI requirements.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax agents, and the Revenue Department.
• Drive process improvements, including finance process automation.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• CPD holder with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial performance analysis and management reporting within manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with MS Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
