The ideal candidate is serving as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations in line with our objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets, with a particular focus on leveraging delivery platforms to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring integration with delivery platforms where relevant.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities for growth, including understanding how delivery platforms are shaping consumer behavior in the F&B or Retail sector.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and social media assets, optimizing content for delivery platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI across both traditional and digital channels, including delivery platform advertising and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery platform partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing activities, leveraging their expertise and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance across delivery platforms, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, with a particular focus on understanding the evolving landscape of delivery platforms and their impact on consumer behavior and marketing strategies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across delivery platforms and other channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the F&B or Retail sector, with a strong understanding of delivery platforms and their role in modern marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans that leverage delivery platforms effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with a focus on optimizing strategies for delivery platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with delivery platform partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering integrated marketing campaigns across delivery platforms and other channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools, with experience leveraging delivery platform analytics and advertising tools.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
