As the Audit Partner/Director, you will oversee multiple audit engagements, guide a team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead audit engagements across industries, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Develop tailored audit strategies, review reports, and ensure alignment with TFRS, IFRS, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote cross-department collaboration.
- Manage and mentor a team of 50 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and efficient resource allocation.
- Contribute to strategic planning, stay updated on industry trends, and lead initiatives to enhance methodologies and operations.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive audit and assurance experience, including leadership roles within an international audit firm.
- Proven success in managing large audit engagements for listed and multinational clients.
- Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients.
- Leadership experience managing teams of at least 50 professionals.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
