About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead a franchise business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our franchise network. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and franchise development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, and sales plans for both short-term and long-term goals to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collect and analyze sales data
  • Identify and pursue new franchise opportunities to expand the network.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Manage department P&L.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within the franchise business or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is an advantage.
