About the job HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Develop, implement, and manage the Performance Management System.
- Conduct performance appraisals and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.
Labour Law and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations and address legal issues.
- Liaise with legal advisors to stay updated on labour law changes.
Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and compliance with financial regulations.
Administration
- Manage office administration functions including facilities management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure efficient office operations and maintenance.
Recruitment and Staffing
- Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage talent acquisition and retention programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on PMS, labour law, payroll, administration, and recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
