Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Performance Management System.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.

Labour Law and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and address legal issues.
  • Liaise with legal advisors to stay updated on labour law changes.

Payroll Management

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and compliance with financial regulations.

Administration

  • Manage office administration functions including facilities management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and maintenance.

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage talent acquisition and retention programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on PMS, labour law, payroll, administration, and recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
